The City of Elmhurst recently planted two Jefferson American Elm trees on the Elmhurst History Museum campus, just south of the museum and west of the new bandshell. The trees are part of the city’s recognition of America250 and add a fitting living tribute to the museum’s performance space area. The planting was completed by the City of Elmhurst Forestry Division. (Submitted photo)
